How to Use AmeriPlan ®

Using AmeriPlan® at the Dentist

1. Find a dentist near you
2. Call and make an appointment. Mention that you are an AmeriPlan® member and you want to use your AmeriPlan membership for the discount.
3. Go to the dentist at your appointed time.
4. Pay the discounted fee and enjoy your savings.

Using AmeriPlan® for Vision Care

1. Locate a Vision Provider online or in the printed directory you will receive in your membership kit.
2. Show your card and save money. Be sure to show the vision care logo on your membership card.

Using AmeriPlan® at the Pharmacy

1. Use the link you are provided in your membership kit and enter your zip code to locate a pharmacy near you.
2. Enter the details of your prescription. You will see a list of the drug stores near you, and the AmeriPlan® discounted price you will pay for your prescription at each of the pharmacies.
3. Go to the pharmacy, show your AmeriPlan® card and save money.

Using AmeriPlan for Mail Order Prescriptions

1. Use the instructions in your membership kit and order.
